Oak Haven Psychology reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments where clinically appropriate or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for services are outlined on the website or provided at the time of booking. Payment is required at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. Medicare rebates, private health rebates, or third-party funding (including NDIS or Victims Services) may be available depending on eligibility. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm rebate entitlements with their provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. This is necessary to respect clinician time and ensure availability for other clients.
