Fees and Funding
A range of funding options are accepted, including private payment, Medicare rebates, and selected third-party funding arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may incur a fee.
This policy supports fairness and respect for time, allowing the opportunity to offer appointments to others seeking support. Consistent attendance also helps maintain therapeutic progress and continuity of care.
Please note the AAPI recommended fee is $330 per psychology appointment. The cancellation fee only applies to those accessing services with a valid MHCP, private health insurance, or self-funded.
